Beautiful celebrities often fulfill a full range of skills, from acting, to singing, to dancing, and in some cases to just looking good. This is a tribute to three Veronicas (with apologies to Veronica Lake, as we are only talking about recent celebrities). The name is applicable star quality -- tall, long-limbed, long-haired and feminine.

Veronicas have a unique style all of their own. They are never shy, often dynamic, far more than anyone would anticipate. They are ambitious and for the most part in charge of their lives and their careers. They may often look sweet and innocent, or outright feminine, but they are the brains behind the operation, so don't underestimate any Veronica. Anyone with more than three syllables in their name is accustomed to being in the limelight, and invariable emphasizes the fact by wearing their hair in a long flowing fashion.

In the first ring we have Mayra Veronica, a stunning Latin actress, whose career was founded in method acting, classical dance, and voice training, and in the same swimsuit class as her fellow countrywoman, Vida Guerra. Pictures that define our second choice, as a Veronica of distinction, is Veronika Varekova, one of a new group of beauties that have emerged onto the Western world following the collapse of the Communist world. Our third and final choice, as a Veronica of distinction, is somewhat of a mystery and very often unpredictable. Her name is Veronica Zemanova. Each has now been given her own page as none care to share the limelight, even among sister Veronicas.

A result of the real Veronica successes has been the popular and critically acclaimed American teenage mystery, Veronica Mars which came to the small screen in the fall of 2004, and starring Kristen Bell as the title character.
