Stevens has become a surname that is famous for its celebrities. Even
though they are not related, they have each achieved an independent
career and are on their way to lasting stardom.
We start with Rachel Stevens, a British-born solo artist, and a
former member of the S Club, the group that made
Hannah Spearritt an international star. Rachel was born
on April 9, 1978. When she was
fifteen, she won a 5000-entry modelling competition for Just 17
Magazine. Five years later, she was with her brother when they went to
London for her brother's audition for a new pop group. By accident, she
was noticed by the judges looking for talent for their new S Club 7
band. She was chosen and joined members Paul Cattermole, Tina Barrett,
Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh, Hannah Spearritt and Jo O'Meara. The S Club
7 survived four years, and when it disbanded, Rachel acquired her own
four-album deal with Polydor Records helped along by American Idol
celebrity-judge, Simon Cowell, who had managed the S Club 7.
She soon had a hit single, "Some Girls," in both Europe and the U.K. By
2005, she was working on her second album.

Our second Stevens star is Carrie Stevens, a model, television host, and
actress. She has appeared in feature films along with Hillary Swank and
Jennifer Aniston. Carrie guest-starred on high profile television shows,
including Beverly Hills 90210 and the soap Days of Our Lives. She was
chosen to host a number of one-hour Entertainment shows. In 1997, she was
chosen Playboy's Miss June and later she modeling for and worked as a
spokesperson for Killians Irish Red Beer. A cover-model for many
magazines, she has also done extensive catalogue modeling and has worked
on promotional campaigns for numerous cosmetics, automobiles, and soft
drink companies.
The final Stevens is Adele Stevens who was born in July 1974 in
Wakefield, Yorkshire, England. She is also known as Adele Stephens. A
European model, she started work as a Page 3 Girl, after which she moved
on to many International men's magazines. The Adele Stephens video (a
UK Playboy release) is as much in demand as Adele Stevens galleries and
modeling shoots. A blue-eyed blonde, Adele Stephens work has yet to hit
the mainstream, but she remains a popular Page 3 girl in the UK, with a
broad base of support in Europe and a gradually expanding popularity in
North America.
