This 5th year of McDonalds hockey cards is probably the ugliest set of the early years. The cards were thick and heavy, there were no special inserts, and the 3-D effect was not particularly impressive. All cards were easy to get and nothing really stands out with this issue. A complete set is heavy and bulky. You can buy them from online auctions and hockey card dealers, but expect to pay more for postage because of the weight. The only rare items associated with this year, are the promotion items that could be found in the store at the time, including posters and the placemats.

These are leads to help you find the items you need. If there are no auctions listed, then there are none available for cards of this year at this time. Bookmark this page and return here often to find the best deals on the cards you want.
